Happy Halloween!!!

The kids didn't have school on Friday so their Halloween fun started on Thursday with getting to wear their costumes to school and having their Halloween parties at school.  The weather was 65 degrees for Halloween and it was absolutely beautiful. At lunchtime we had a fun pizza and homemade root beer party with some of their neighborhood friends. Then to start the evening we went trick-or-treating at the hospital, then we went to the ward trunk-or-treat and then we came home and put Madelyn to bed and then I took the kids out trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. The kids got a TON of candy and had a lot of fun. There is just something fun about knocking on doors and everyone giving you candy :) Madelyn even enjoyed carrying her pumpkin around at the trunk-or-treat and getting some candy.

I just had to include this picture because it tells a lot about one of Madelyn's favorite things to do: Find some kind of technological device and play around with it. She is quite good at swiping and finding the app with the cartoons :)

This was the kids after school after their parties. Dal decided to be a fireman for school since it would be easier to put on and take off at school.

Braelyn first found her lady bug costume and she really wanted it and was excited about it. Then we saw this little lady bug costume for Madelyn and we knew that we had to get it :)

Look at what an adorable family I have!

I wore my Wonder Woman costume to work and I decided to wear a hat with it because how often do I get to wear a hat to work, and I like hats.

Gotta love that cute little face!
